St. Barbara Philoptochos

Philoptochos is the local chapter of the Archdiocesan national women’s philanthropic organization. The purposes of Philoptochos are:

1. To promote the charitable, benevolent, and philanthropic purposes of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese;
2. To formulate plans and methods to aid the poor, the destitute, the hungry, the aged, and victims of disasters:
3. To promote participation in the activities of our community.

Meets once a month. Consult the Ekfonesis or the Sunday Bulletin for meeting times.
